Hippo Yawning
I took this picture in South Luangwa National Park, Zambia, on a school trip.
We stayed on the bank of the Luangwa river, above a hippo pod, at sunset. It is a time when the hippos start becoming more active and when it is common to see them yawn.
I used my 500mm lens on a monopod.
