Birds of Lake Nakuru National Park
Wattled Starling
I only noticed the Wattled Starlings on a few of occasions in Lake Nakuru National Park, and only on the plains below Baboon Cliff. I took this shot as the bird came close to my car. I had stopped for a while as there were 5 white rhinos quite close to the road. It is the only time I managed to get close enough to take a decent shot.
Nikon D700, Sigma 150-500mm OS at 450mm, F6.3, 1/2500s, ISO 6400, handheld.
